Promises, Celebrations, Wedding

It was a nice sunny afternoon when our Wedding God Parents, Lannie & Joni renew their vows for their 25th Silver Anniversary.  The couple had just came home from Bahamas where both of them are already based/working and will stay for just two weeks.

It was indeed a joyous occasion, finding both of them with smile in their faces and full of love in their heart.  They married early in life and was blessed with three wonderful kids.

The motif is a combination of violet, pink and silver.  The bridal entourage wears a beautiful violet gown while the reception is a dainty pink atmosphere.

I do wish that we can have a silver wedding too.  I’m dying to wear a beautiful wedding gown again!  And definitely our wedding motif will now be pink and silver.  LOL.

Red hot and fancy black Wedding

Last saturday, we went to a wedding of hubby’s niece.  It was my first time to attend a wedding with red and black motif, it’s quite nice to know someone defies the white tradition of church wedding.  I believe that black is now very fashionable and having black for a motif is very elegant indeed.

The wedding was held at Naga City Cathedral the same church hubby and had our wedding.  This church has a baroque style with its majestic architecture with a long aisle, truly a dream come true for every bride.

Cris, the bride was very dashing and pretty in her beautiful gown.  I always love attending weddings and seeing bride in their wedding dresses makes me smile.  She’s a petite lovely lady and even more lovelier in this picture.

After the teary church ceremony, the reception followed at the castle like Starmark Royale, one of Naga City’s prime event location.

The beautiful Starmark Royale is something every bride and groom will dream of having their reception, a lovely place, accommodating personnel, prime service and elegant design, it’s something worth remembering.

table arrangement

The flowers for every table is indeed lovely with the red roses and fan and the red paper wherein the name of the newlyweds were printed and the word “LOVE’ in different languages were also printed.  It was very sweet and unique, truly a day of love and wonderful memories to cherish.

red and black cake

The cake was very dainty.  I wonder who made it but it was truly captivating.  The open bar the newly weds provided was quite interesting too.  There was even a short show wherein the bartender demonstrate her capability afterall she was 2004′s World Champion in  bottle juggling.

A day to love, memories to cherish and a reunion of family and friends.
